On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with dining area and direct access to the approx. 30 m2 paved terrace. The living room with flat screen TV, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet are also on the ground floor. On the upper floor there are two large bedrooms with double beds and a TV and a bathroom with a bath / shower and toilet. Animals are not allowed. Non smoking house (smokers can use the terrace)
